When I contemplate this painting I feel a sense of boundless definition. One could view this painting and consider the idea that; Beauty varies based on the beholder. How beauty is defined differently by all. Some find beauty and desire in money, shown by the floating hundred dollar bill. Some find beauty in love, shown in this painting as the flame silhouetted women. For others beauty lies within intellect, symbolized by the eyeball. These properties may seem to oppose one another, yet in this art they blend.

In whatever lens you view this in, I value this piece as it holds space for vast interpretations.

This piece was pencil and charcoal sketched in August of 2021, and was painted July of 2023. This piece and the expression has changed with me over the years since.
